Enhance Wordpress-based Rental Booking Website

Please provide sample websites. Extra credit if you have experience with Short-Term rental direct booking websites.
I have the framework for a Vacation Rental Direct Booking Website - built in Wordpress. I want someone to create content, organize it, design it, provide layout guidance. Some content writing may be necessary, but in general we want to reuse much of the current AirBNB/VRBO information- bedroom counts, etc. are not going to change from the OTA (online travel agency) websites. Clean it up, make it sound better/clearer/earier to navigate and see at a glance.

Overview: What I Need Done
A website developer with experience in WordPress, plugins, themes, and responsive design

Someone with a good eye for visual storytelling and layout, especially for vacation rentals

Use existing photos and property descriptions from Airbnb/VRBO as a base

Prepare the site to accept Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel tracking (no account access needed — just setup placeholders)

Ensure fast load speed, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive navigation

Integrate a modern, interactive image gallery similar to Airbnb/VRBO
