Project Description:
I need an experienced WordPress developer/designer to redesign my existing website using Elementor Pro according to a provided PDF layout. The current site must be rebuilt visually while keeping the WordPress and Elementor Pro structure, and maintaining full responsiveness (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Requirements:
You must use Elementor Pro (no custom page builders aside from Elementor)

Redesign based on a PDF provided by my agency (you must follow the visual layout exactly)

Fully responsive (mobile/tablet/desktop)


Clean, organized Elementor structure (no messy duplicates or unnecessary widgets)
Fast loading & optimized for performance
Retain existing content (text, images) but restructure according to new layout
Basic SEO structure retained (headings, metadata, alt texts etc.)
Optional: minor changes in typography or color as shown in the PDF
Deliverables:
Updated WordPress website with new visual layout
All pages recreated with Elementor Pro
Fully responsive design
Files organized and commented where necessary
Brief documentation on how to edit content afterward
