I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to create a website for MusicInCommon.ca, a music program offering singing lessons and choir sessions. The site should have a classical and elegant design.

Key Features:
- Signup Form: Capture name, email, program (Lessons, Choir, Both), experience level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), and notes. Email submissions to Theresa Wasden, the program director.
- Pages: About Us, Contact Us, Blog, Volunteer Sign Up.
- Ticketing Page: Online payment processing and ticket confirmation emails. We host concerts twice a year, so need a ticketing option.
