Elegant Wedding Services Website -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a full-featured, yet easy-to-manage website that presents my wedding planning, day-of coordination and officiant services in an elegant, classic style.
Core pages
• Home – a refined hero image, a short welcome and a clear “Book a Consultation” call-to-action.
• About Us – my background, approach and credentials laid out in the same timeless aesthetic.
• Services – detailed descriptions of each service tier, with transparent pricing and package comparisons.
• Calendar – an embedded, real-time booking tool (Calendly, Acuity or a comparable WordPress plugin) so couples can lock in consultation slots without emailing back and forth.
• Testimonials – scrolling quotes and star ratings from past couples to build credibility.
• Preferred Vendors – a password-protected or login-gated directory of florists, DJs, caterers and venues across the state, visible only to full-planning clients.
Look & feel
Think soft neutrals, classic serif headers and generous white space. Subtle animation is fine, but nothing that distracts from the sense of refinement. The design must be fully responsive and load quickly on mobile—most of my couples browse on their phones first.
Tech & hand-off
WordPress or another mainstream CMS is ideal so I can edit copy, swap photos and add vendors myself later. Please configure basic on-page SEO, hook up Google Analytics and provide a short Loom walkthrough so I’m comfortable updating content.
Deliverables
– Custom home, about, services, calendar, testimonials and vendor pages matching the elegant classic brand
– Calendar integration with automatic email confirmations
– Password-protected vendor section
– Responsive design tested on major browsers and devices
– Final hand-off: admin credentials, any custom theme files, and a 15-minute training video
If this build is in your wheelhouse, tell me which CMS you recommend, how you’ll secure the gated vendor area, and a realistic timeframe to reach launch.
