I’m ready to give my wedding coordinating and officiant business an online home that feels as refined as the celebrations I plan. The look should stay classic and elegant from the very first page, with typography, color, and imagery that echo timeless wedding aesthetics rather than trendy minimalism.
Phase one revolves around functionality: I need a built-in calendar tool that lets couples check availability and lock in consultation slots on their own. I’m open to your preferred platform—whether that’s a WordPress plugin, Squarespace extension, or a custom React/PHP module—as long as it’s reliable, mobile-friendly, and sends automatic confirmations.
Beyond the scheduler, I’d like two content areas ready for launch:
• a testimonials/past-events page I can update with photos, videos, and client reviews
• a placeholder “preferred vendors” section that remains hidden until I roll out full-planning packages (your proposal should outline how we’ll gate that content later)
I’ll supply copy, gallery assets, and brand guidelines; you’ll shape them into a polished, responsive site, connect the domain, and make sure basic SEO boxes are ticked.
