EdTech Website & Portal Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have the domain and hosting in place for www.iedox.com and now need a complete, four-phase build that takes us from a public-facing marketing site all the way to a fully functional admin back office.
Phase breakdown and must-have deliverables
1. Public Website – built mobile-first in our royal-blue-and-gold palette, its primary job is to collect student registrations. Core pages: About, Courses, Services, Contact, plus Student Login / Register.
2. Student Portal – an interactive-learning experience with a smooth dashboard, course access, payment status, internship progress tracking and certificate download.
3. Admin Panel – secure login for staff, centred on robust course management while also covering student records, payment verification and certificate generation.
4. Business Features – WhatsApp chat button, embedded Google Maps, transactional email system, on-page SEO essentials, privacy policy page and PWA readiness.
Tech stack
I’m open to your recommendation—whether that’s WordPress with an LMS, Laravel, React or a well-reasoned hybrid—so long as it meets the scalability and performance needs of an EdTech platform.
What I need from you
• A brief portfolio of comparable builds (especially education or membership sites)
• An estimated timeline with milestones for each phase
• A single quote that covers all four phases, broken down per phase
If anything in the outline is unclear, let’s hash it out before you quote so we keep the scope crystal clear. I’m ready to get started as soon as I find the right partner.
