Easy-Update Responsive Website Build

I’m ready to launch a small business site that looks as polished as my reference example yet stays simple for me to maintain myself. Above anything else, I need to be able to sign in, change copy, swap images, and publish new pages without touching code, so please keep “ease of content update” front-and-center when you propose a solution.

I’m open to either a lean WordPress install or a lightweight custom setup that uses clean HTML/CSS/JS with an intuitive editor layer—whichever will deliver a modern, professional look while staying quick to load on mobile and desktop. The finished site should include a responsive layout that mirrors the feel of my reference design, an embedded contact form that pushes inquiries straight to my inbox, and performance optimizations so pages open instantly, even on 4G.

To make hand-off smooth, I’ll need:
• a quick screen-share walkthrough of how I add or edit content
• written instructions (or short Loom videos) for recurring tasks such as updating hero images, creating new service pages, and checking form submissions

When everything is in place and I can perform those updates unassisted, I’ll consider the project successfully delivered and release the final milestone.
