Dual WordPress Site Redesign

Two of my WordPress websites—a public-facing non-profit site and a personal executive portfolio need a makeover. The brief is simple but ambitious: refresh both properties with a modern, responsive UI/UX that tells a compelling visual story while measurably boosting search performance.
Visual appeal is important. At the same time, every design choice must support solid SEO fundamentals: tight keyword optimization, mobile-first layouts, and fastload times. Clear navigation and an intuitive content structure are non-negotiable for both audiences.
