Design HTML Email Signature for Outlook

We're looking for a freelancer to create a clean, professional HTML email signature for our company, City Shift Finance.

The design should include:

Employee name

Job title

Company email (xxx.xx@cityshiftfinance...)

Company website (www.cityshiftfinance.com)

Company logo (provided in JPG or PNG)

No social media links, no phone number, no LinkedIn

Requirements:
Responsive and Outlook-compatible HTML format

Logo placed professionally (not distorted or pixelated)

Easy to copy/paste into Outlook's signature settings

Provide editable HTML and source if updates are needed later

Deliverables:
One HTML signature template with sample info (XXXX, CEO & Chief Product Officer)

Instructions on how to paste and edit in Outlook

Optional: slight variation version for other staff (e.g., Senior Relocation Analyst)
