Dark Recruitment Website Redesign -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
My recruitment agency site needs a full visual and structural refresh. I want to move to a sleek black-based palette highlighted with my signature orange so the brand feels modern and confident. Stock photos are fine for the hero areas and supporting imagery; just make sure the selections feel professional and inclusive.
Core layout
A simple top-level menu should split the experience in two: “For Clients” and “For Candidates.” Each side must display content that speaks directly to its audience without overlap.
For Clients
• Showcase service offerings clearly.
• Display rotating client testimonials.
• Provide a secure login portal where existing clients can access their documents and reports, or opening job listing (which can be synced with our recruitment software, and they also have a html code so i can input it as well, which is on my website now)
For Candidates
• Dynamic job listings that I can update easily.
• A straightforward application form tied to each vacancy.
• A resources hub—articles, guides, maybe short videos—to support career growth.
General expectations
• Fully responsive design that works just as well on mobile as desktop.
• Clean, intuitive navigation; no clutter.
• Consistent black-and-orange styling across all pages. I would like it to be modern for the new year.
• Fast load times and basic on-page SEO best practices baked in.
• Handover of source files plus brief instructions so my team can update copy, add jobs, and swap images later.
If you can make this look sharp while staying user-friendly, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
