My private counseling practice is ready for a web presence that feels calm, modern, and above all trustworthy. I’m looking for a fully custom site—no off-the-shelf templates—to reflect my therapeutic approach and branding.

Core structure
• Pages: Home, About Me, Services, Testimonials, Contact, and Online Booking.
• Home page copy will highlight an introduction to my services, a rotating selection of client testimonials, and space for my three most recent blog posts.
• Visual style: minimalist and clean, with a soothing color palette and subtle motion that invites visitors to slow down and explore.

Key functionality
• Online Booking must integrate real-time calendar sync (Google/Outlook/iCal), automated email reminders, and secure payment processing at checkout.
• Fully responsive layout that loads quickly on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Clear calls-to-action on every page—contact form, phone tap-to-call, and “Book Session” buttons that follow usability best practices.

What I’ll supply
Brand colors, logo files, professional photography, and draft page copy. You can advise on tone, micro-copy, and on-page SEO so the content resonates and ranks well.

Deliverables
1. Custom design mock-ups (desktop & mobile) for approval.
2. Pixel-perfect development in WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS you recommend—provided it stays lightweight and easy for me to update.
3. Booking workflow fully tested from slot selection through payment confirmation.
4. Performance optimization (90+ on Google PageSpeed) and basic on-page SEO.
5. One-hour handover call with screen-share plus a concise maintenance guide.

Acceptance criteria
– Design matches approved mock-ups within a 3 px variance.
– Booking, reminders, and payments function flawlessly in staging and live environments.
– Site passes WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility checks.
– Final build is delivered within the agreed timeline, with all source files.
