I want to give my current site a fresh, contemporary look while keeping the words and the familiar colour palette that already resonate with my visitors. The job is to rebuild the whole front-end from scratch—no WordPress, Wix, or other heavy page builders—so the finished product stays lean, fast, and easy to maintain.

Here’s what I need you to handle:

• Visual overhaul: translate the existing content and colours into a cleaner, more modern layout, paying close attention to typography, spacing, and responsive behaviour across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Hand-coded build: clean HTML5, CSS3 (or a utility framework like Tailwind if it stays lightweight), and vanilla JS or a minimal framework; the code must be well organised, commented, and performance-oriented.
• SEO foundation: once the new pages are live, apply core on-page and technical SEO—optimised meta tags, semantic headings, compressed images, schema markup, lightning-quick load times, and an XML sitemap—so search engines can crawl and rank the site effectively.
• Launch & support: migrate the new files to my hosting, test everything end-to-end, and provide a brief report outlining the SEO work you implemented plus any next steps I can take.
