For this project, I'm seeking a skilled freelance web designer and developer to create an informative website for my marketing services company. This 5 to 6 page site should effectively communicate our services and include the following pages: About Us, Services, chat bot, and Contact Us form. It should work on a computer, tablet and mobile phone.

The graphics should look professional but not like an out of the box solution from Wix or Squarespace. Ideally, this website is created in Wordpress.org.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in web design and development
- Experience creating informative company websites
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Ability to add stock images
- Ability to incorporate graphic background
- Ability to add visual elements like hover effects, and other visual effects
- Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly layouts
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and updates
