Creative Colorful HTML Form Design

I have a small project centred on building a set of custom, eye-catching forms that live on a single page (or a few closely related pages). The look should be unmistakably creative and colorful—bold palettes, playful accents, but still readable and clean.
The stack is straightforward: hand-coded HTML for structure, modern CSS for styling, and Java for the processing layer (validation, handling submissions, and routing the data to a simple persistence method of your choice—files, JDBC, or a lightweight in-memory store). Keep the code organised: semantic markup, reusable CSS classes, and clear Java package structure.
Deliverables
• HTML & CSS files reflecting the agreed colorful style
• Well-commented Java source that compiles and runs cleanly, performing server-side validation and storing submitted data
• A brief README explaining build/run steps and any dependencies
