Create a Simplified Academy Page

I need a skilled designer and developer to create an academy page for my website, similar to Udemy but with a simpler and more appealing design. Courses should be displayed in a creative way.

The academy page should include:

Course Overview
- View all available courses
- Browse by categories (I want categories)
- Sidebar menu for navigation between course categories
- Course Details
- View course contents, descriptions, duration, etc.

User Features
- Registration and login
- Dashboard to view:
- Courses taken
- Courses available for subscription
- Subscribe to new courses

Javascript only implementation please.
CMS is also available and can be used
