Corporate WordPress Site Redesign & Migration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need my current business website rebuilt in WordPress so it feels clean, corporate, and—above all—easy for visitors to navigate. The single most important outcome is an improved user experience. To achieve that, the new build must be fully responsive, quick to load, and structured for solid on-page SEO from day one.
Here is what I expect you to handle end-to-end:
• Full migration of all existing pages into WordPress, preserving URLs where possible for SEO continuity.
• A corporate-professional design (no flashy gimmicks) implemented with a modern theme and page builder that lets my team update content without touching code.
• Member system: user registration, sign-in page, secure authentication, password reset, and a role-based dashboard that supports Admin, Editor, and Subscriber levels.
• Contact and enquiry forms routed to our CRM email, protected by reCAPTCHA and spam filters.
• Tight security hardening, regular backup configuration, and optimisation for fast page speed (caching, image compression, minification, etc.).
• Clear hand-over session and short period of post-launch support so my staff feel confident managing content, users, and backups on their own.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Pixel-perfect responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
2. Lighthouse scores in the green for performance and accessibility.
3. All user roles functioning with the correct permissions.
4. No critical vulnerabilities flagged by Wordfence or similar.
5. A concise video or live walkthrough demonstrating the CMS workflow for everyday edits.
If this sounds like a build you can deliver smoothly, let’s discuss timelines and any dependencies you foresee.
