Corporate Website Design Needed

I need a web designer to work with on an ongoing basis. I sell websites. I need someone to build them, from scratch, and to be on hand to fix things as/when things go wrong. Websites will always be pretty basic, no crazy work needed, and things can be copied/carried over where feasible. This will be more of a partnership where we can agree a competitive fee based on long term dealings and a steady flow of new clients.
