We are seeking an experienced freelance web developer to design, develop, and deploy a fully responsive, modern, and user‑friendly company website. The project includes everything from initial planning and design to development, testing, optimization, and hosting the final website on our domain.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality websites that perform well across all devices.

Project Scope & Responsibilities
1. Discovery & Planning
- Understand our company’s brand, services, target audience, and website goals.
- Propose site structure (sitemap) and user flow.
- Recommend suitable technologies, CMS (if needed), and hosting setup.
- Provide a project timeline with clear milestones.

2. UI/UX Design
- Create clean, modern, and responsive website designs.
- Provide wireframes and mockups for approval.
- Ensure design consistency with our brand identity (colors, fonts, tone).
- Optimize layout for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

3. Website Development
- Develop the website using modern, secure, and scalable technologies.
- Implement all approved designs with pixel‑perfect accuracy.
- Build responsive layouts that adapt smoothly across devices.
- Integrate required features such as:
- Contact forms
- Service/product pages
- About/Team pages
- Blog or news section (optional)
- Image galleries or sliders
- Social media integration
- Basic animations or transitions (if needed)
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility.

4. Content Integration
- Add all provided text, images, and media.
- Format content for readability and visual appeal.
- Optimize images for fast loading.

5. SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement on‑page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, alt text).
- Ensure fast loading speeds and optimized code.
- Set up Google Analytics and basic tracking (if required).
- Submit sitemap to search engines.

6. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test website across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
- Test responsiveness on multiple screen sizes.
- Fix bugs, broken links, and layout issues.
- Ensure forms and interactive elements function correctly.

7. Hosting & Deployment
- Set up hosting environment (cPanel, VPS, or cloud hosting depending on our setup).
- Connect and configure our domain.
- Upload and configure the website on the server.
- Ensure SSL certificate installation and HTTPS configuration.
- Verify that the live site functions perfectly after deployment.

8. Handover & Training
- Provide documentation for website management.
- Offer basic training on how to update content (if CMS is used).
- Deliver all source files, credentials, and backups.

9. Post‑Launch Support
- Provide 1–3 weeks of free support for bug fixes.
- Offer optional ongoing maintenance (quoted separately).

Required Skills & Qualifications
