I'm seeking an experienced web developer to build a corporate portfolio website. STRONG preference for Iowa-based talent. The website should have a modern and professional design, and must include the following sections:

- About Us
- Services
- Products
- The Nanoassay
- Contact
- Privacy

Must be familiar with Zoho Sites for hosting. Site can be built using Figma or whatever design app.
