Convert multiple websites to Wordpress websites

I have multiple websites hosted on an internal webserver (Windows Server) that are old and outdated (non-WordPress). These websites must be modernized and moved to a new internal webserver (Windows Server) and will be in WordPress. Thus, I need someone experienced in Web Design using PHP, WordPress, and photo editing software such as Photoshop. As for WordPress, we will be using Astra Pro, Astra Theme, and Gutenberg. MYSQL is a plus but not required.
