Convert Two PSD Homepages using WPBakery

I have two approved homepage designs in PSD format that need to be built in WordPress using WPBakery Page Builder. The goal is a clean, pixel-perfect implementation—no animations, just accurate layout replication.

Requirements

* Use standard WPBakery elements (rows, columns, buttons, etc.)
* Fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop)
* Consistent across modern browsers
* Minimal, well-organized custom CSS (child theme or page-level)

Deliverables

* 2 homepage layouts built to match PSDs exactly
* Responsive testing completed
* Optimized images and properly enqueued fonts
* Short hand-off note (CSS locations + how to edit content)
