Convert Figma Design to HTML

I have a two-page interface designed in Figma. I would like it to be coded using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap while maintaining the design’s pixel-perfect accuracy.

My expectations:
• Both pages must match the visual structure and hierarchy in Figma exactly
• A Bootstrap-based, fully responsive layout that works on mobile and tablet devices
• Seamless display across all modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
• Implementation of basic interactions, such as button hover effects and menu dropdowns
• A clean, well-commented, and reusable code structure

I will share the Figma source link when we start the project. Upon delivery, I expect a complete package that includes the HTML-CSS folder structure, any additional images, and all components you used.
