Conversion UX & Webpage Builder Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
We’re a trust-driven growth marketing agency helping values-led founders build predictable, ethical growth systems.
We already have clear conversion strategy, client brand guides, fast copy support, and dedicated Canva and AI image specialists. What we need now is a conversion-focused page implementer who can take approved copy and brand guidelines and build high-converting pages through structure, layout, spacing, and visual decision-making.
This is a part-time role (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday) to start, with the opportunity to expand as we scale.
>What We’re Looking For
- Someone who thinks conversion-first, not aesthetics-first
- A hands-on page builder who understands visual hierarchy, spacing, and flow as persuasion tools
- A specialist who can work inside existing brand guidelines and maximize their effectiveness without redesigning them
- Someone comfortable deciding what type of images or graphics are needed and why, without creating them
- A detail-oriented implementer who can consistently apply CRO patterns across similar pages without missing key details
- A self-starter who works well within clear constraints, feedback loops, and conversion goals
>Responsibilities
>>Page Structure and Conversion Implementation
- Build and optimize landing and sales pages using approved copy and brand guides
- Decide section order, grouping, spacing, and hierarchy to maximize clarity and conversions
- Implement proven CRO patterns consistently across similar pages
- Ensure strong above-the-fold clarity and logical flow throughout the page
- Optimize layouts separately for desktop and mobile experiences
>>Visual and Image Direction
- Decide when images or graphics are needed and what role they play, such as clarity, trust, emphasis, or explanation
- Specify image or graphic intent, including style, orientation, emotional tone, and purpose
- Collaborate with our Canva and AI image specialist to have visuals created to spec
- Place and size visuals appropriately to support, not distract from, conversion goals
>Page Builder Execution and Quality Control
- Implement pages directly in the page builder, such as Elementor (WordPress drag and drop), Squarespace, Shopify, Wix or similar tools
- Maintain clean spacing, alignment, and consistent rhythm throughout pages
- Ensure pages follow client brand guidelines precisely
- Review pages for conversion clarity, visual consistency, and usability before submission
>What This Role Is Not
- You will not write long-form copy
- You will not create images or graphics
- You will not create or modify brand guides
- You will not experiment outside client brand constraints unless directed
This role is about maximizing conversion impact within existing systems.
>Requirements
- Proven experience building landing or sales pages with a conversion-first mindset
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, layout, and UX for persuasion
- Comfort working inside strict brand guidelines
- Experience using modern page builders such as Elementor (WordPress drag and drop), Squarespace, Shopify, Wix or similar
- Ability to explain why layout and structural decisions were made
- Reliable availability for 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- High attention to detail and consistency
>Job Details
- Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, with required overlap in Pacific Time
- Term: Ongoing, with potential for increased hours as the role proves value
- Location: Remote
>To Apply
Please send:
- A short introduction describing your experience with conversion-focused page building
- Two to three examples of landing or sales pages you’ve implemented, ideally with brief explanations of your layout decisions
- Your availability and working hours relative to Pacific Time
