Conversion-Focused Website for Live-in Care

I need a professional, conversion-focused website for my 24/7 live in care service with the sole focus of converting visitors into client enquiries. the site is to be modern, calm, trustworthy, using clean typography, soft colours, and generous spacing suited to a healthcare audience. The site will be about 10 pages, with around 5–7 unique page templates. structure may look like home services; about us; contact; faqs etc. i need a website which will be subscription-free, which i will fully own, which you can help activate on my domain and which i can edit myself. preferably using wordpress.org or similar i.e. not a cheap looking website which belongs to a web provider. i will send you all my content once i have it written within the next 2 weeks , in a format which should make it relatively easy for you to design. i want you to use some freely available imagery showing carers caring for the elderly . the name of my project is Circadian Live In Care so i would be glad to have an image of a sunrise and also some images of flowers such as daffodils lilacs etc. The main thing is for the content to be geared directly to my audience ( families looking for private homecare) in such a way as to develop trust so i can gain customers. Its a small local care business. I will ad my photo aswell as 2 directors with our background information, our office address, email and phone number. I have no customer testimonials to ad at this time yet hope the content will be sufficient to generate leads and customer referrals while appearing authentic and trustworthy. I may want to add some local newspaper articles to make the page more authentic, aswell as the logo of the app i will be using. I will not be happy if i receive an AI generated flashy website with too many photos which misses the content. I will try to write the content to gain local trust and i wish you to do the rest- regarding suitable imagery, photos, layout etc.

I expect to be able to revise the website a few times before completion and for You to explain how i make it live. I will only respond to web designers who respond directly ie not automated replies. (last ad i posted i received hundreds of automated replies).
Also- please explain to me what backups are and if i will be able to view traffic on my website and what I can improve for SEO
At this point I am looking for quotes for my website which for someone skilled in this area will not be difficult to prepare. Also i may need some after sales service help later when it comes to editing the website. I am happy to pay an hourly rate for Your after sales service/website updates.
