1. Project Overview
We are inviting proposals from qualified web designers and developers for the design and development of a professional website for a newly established consulting firm.
The website must reflect the structure, tone, and visual standards of leading international consulting firms. Reference websites will be provided and must be carefully considered in the design and development process.

The selected contractor will be responsible for:
• Designing and developing a customized website of up to 50 pages
• Implementing a clean, modern, and professional UI/UX design
• Ensuring full responsiveness (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
• Structuring the website for optimal performance and scalability
• Implementing on-page SEO best practices
• Integrating a user-friendly Admin Dashboard (CMS) for content management
• Preparing the website for live deployment
All textual and visual materials will be provided by us and shared through a secure cloud platform.

3. Technical Requirements
Proposals must demonstrate capability in one or more of the following technologies:
• PHP (Laravel framework), or
• WordPress (custom theme preferred), or
• JavaScript, HTML, jQuery-based solutions
The final website must be:
• SEO-friendly

• Structured according to best coding practices
• Easy to maintain and update
