This scope covers the full design and build of a new public-facing website. The existing site is being replaced. The new site must convey depth of technical capability.
Design System
The design system has been defined and is provided to the builder as a reference. Do not deviate from the palette or typographic structure without written sign-off.
Color Palette and Fonts will be provided. Typography is to be proposed by the builder. Although all collaborative. Ideas welcome about fonts etc.

A client-facing login - exact position and treatment to be agreed at wireframe stage
· On successful submission: redirects to the existing client portal (URL to be provided by Intrinsic)
· Scope is frontend only
Forms & CTAs
All page-level CTA actions are form-based. The 'Book a call' button in the navigation is the sole direct booking action. All other CTAs on service pages, vertical pages, and the home page trigger a form.
Navigation Dropdowns
All top-level nav items dropdown menus. Dropdown behaviour to be decied.
SEO
· Unique meta title and meta description for every page — content provided by Intrinsic
· Open Graph tags on all pages
· XML sitemap auto generated
· robots.txt configured correctly
· No technical SEO audit, keyword strategy, or link building — out of scope

Fully responsive — mobile, tablet, desktop
Target Lighthouse performance score ≥ 85 on mobile
