Comprehensive Blog Redesign Including Age-Restricted (18+) Adult Content Area

We are looking to update/revamp our blog, which is currently built on WordPress and uses the Newspaper Theme.
A detailed Google Doc file is available, outlining all required updates, features, and specifications for the project.
The Google Doc includes visual mockups/images for the redesigned homepage, category pages, and several key pages to serve as design references.
The redesign covers:
Homepage layout and features
Category page structure and trending bars
Single post page with integrated video player
Contact page with dropdown subject and guidance section
Consistent header and footer across all pages
Preference is to revamp using the existing Newspaper Theme for continuity and ease of management, if possible.
If the Newspaper Theme is not suitable for certain features, the developer can recommend alternative themes or propose a custom build as needed.
All design and functional requirements are documented in the provided Google Doc and visual references.
