I want mayfairgroupnyc.com transformed into a fully-functioning, modern and sleek brochure site that mirrors the polish of references like avgi.com, remny.com and burkeleighton.com. The scope is end-to-end: copywriting, layout, graphics, responsive development and launch.

Structure & look
• 5–8 pages covering Home, About Us, Services, Development, Contact Us (plus any supporting sub-pages you feel improve flow)
• Consistent green-and-gray palette, clean typography and generous white space for an upscale feel
• Mobile-first build, fast loading and SEO-ready meta tags/headings
• Simple CMS back-end (WordPress, Webflow or similar) so my team can edit text and images later

Content
I will supply only high-level bullet points and any required imagery; you craft all on-page copy to present our company clearly and professionally.

Deliverables (hand-off ready)
1. Fully hosted site on my server or a migration package with install instructions
2. All original source files (design mock-ups, images, icons, fonts, editable copy)
3. One round of revisions after first draft goes live to fine-tune visuals and wording
