I need a clean, responsive site that presents our company and its geographic service coverage to the general public. The goal is purely informational—no sales cart, sign-ups, or gated content—so every page should load fast, read clearly, and guide visitors straight to the details they came for.
The heart of the site will be a concise overview of who we are, what we do, and where we operate. An interactive map or region-based layout that highlights our service areas will help visitors understand our reach at a glance. WordPress or another mainstream CMS is fine as long as it lets me update text, images, and locations easily without touching code.
Core pages I have in mind include Home, About, Services by Region, and Contact, with room for a light News section should we wish to post updates later. Basic on-page SEO, mobile responsiveness, and clear documentation are part of the job.

• PageSpeed score of 80+ on desktop and mobile
• Editable content through the CMS backend
• Hand-over guide covering theme, plugins, and update steps
