Colorful Tax Prep Website Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to launch an informational website that introduces my tax-return preparation service in a fresh, creative, and colorful way—nothing stiff or overly corporate. The core structure is simple:

• Services
• Contact Us
Those three pages are mandatory; anything extra (a blog, FAQs, resources, or an appointment-booking widget) can be proposed if it enhances the user journey without pushing the site beyond “informational.”
Visual direction
Bright, engaging palettes and bold typography should communicate approachability and trust. Illustrations or playful icons that demystify tax jargon are welcome. While the look is vibrant, the layout still needs to remain clean so visitors quickly grasp what we do and how to reach us.
Functionality & tech
The build must be responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-ready. A CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or another comparable platform is ideal so I can tweak copy or add seasonal tax tips on my own. No e-commerce or complex user accounts are required at this stage, but the codebase should be flexible enough to accept interactive add-ons later (e.g., a secure document upload or client portal).
Deliverables
1. Fully deployed website on my hosting with SSL configured.
2. Editable CMS back-end, handed over with admin credentials.
3. Design source files and any custom graphics.
4. Brief hand-off guide covering content edits, backups, and updates.
Acceptance criteria
• Pages render perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Google PageSpeed scores 85+ on both desktop and mobile.
• On-page SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags) are populated.
• Contact form routes to my e-mail and displays a success message.
Timeline is flexible within reason, but I’d like the first design draft within one week of kickoff. If you thrive on bright visuals and clean code, let’s get this site live.
