I’m ready to launch a straightforward informational website for my cleaning company. The goal is a crisp, modern build that reflects the professionalism of our service while staying true to the company logo and color palette I’ll supply.

• About Us, Services, and Contact Us pages (these three are essential)
Design & brand
The site must use the exact logo and colors I provide. If you have tasteful ideas for complementary stock photography or subtle custom graphics, feel free to suggest them—just keep everything clean and on-brand.
Tech & usability
Mobile-responsive, fast loading, and SEO-friendly are non-negotiable. I’d prefer WordPress (or another easy-to-maintain CMS) so I can update text and add testimonials later without touching code.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional live site on my hosting
2. All source files and a brief hand-over guide on how to edit content going forward
