I need a lightweight, fast-loading portfolio site built purely with HTML and CSS. The site’s only required section for now is a Project Showcase that presents my work in a clear, engaging layout suitable for a business audience. I want modern, responsive code that looks great on desktop and mobile, with well-commented files so I can expand the site later—perhaps adding an About Me or Contact section when the time is right.
