I’m ready to give my estate-sale company a refined online presence. The site does not need payment processing or shopping-cart features; it simply has to feel rich and vibrant while reflecting a classic, elegant aesthetic.
Scope
• Design and develop a responsive website that opens with a polished Home page, flows into an About Us story, and ends with a clear Contact Us page.
• Integrate a fast, intuitive search function so visitors can quickly locate past or upcoming sale details once they’re posted.
• I’ll supply example sites and brand imagery to guide the overall look and palette—think tasteful typography, balanced white space, and high-quality photography.
Key notes
• No checkout, inventory management, or payment gateway—strictly informational.
• Code must be clean and SEO-friendly; WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS is fine as long as I can update text and photos myself afterward.
• Please optimise for speed and mobile.

2. Admin instructions (screenshots or short loom video) so I can add new sale descriptions and photos later.
