Charity Website Redesign

I would like my charity website (TwitchyNoses.org) redesigning.
I more or less have the design I want and will point the designer to other websites I like the look of for ideas.

At the top will be the logo, social media icons/links and a PayPal donate button - see image 1 although I would prefer the menu to not be on two lines and image 2

Under that will be 4 pictures with text overlaid that will link to other pages within the website e.g Emergency Fostering Page, Projects Page, Neutering (TheNeuterNetwork) and 4th page - this might be a news/blog or a static page. (see image 3 and image 4 - but with pictures)

Then under that in left hand column will be 'About Us' and text and on the right probably a collage of pictures that I can update.

Then further down a 'Keep Updated' section showing latest 4 blog posts and linking to news/blog page.

The current website is twitchynoses.org.

I would still like something like 'Our Impact' but will probably change the options and not sure where this will go on the page.

The dogs successfully re-homed needs to stay and as it is split into years but 2021 onwards will be just one page as we will not do so much re-homing.

There needs to be a footer similar to what there is now.

I attach the logo as well so you can see colour scheme and style (without the sponsor text underneath)

I am happy to by a theme so long as it is not more than $30.

There will then be a second simple subsiduary site to set up - this could use the same theme but will be more simple and have less pages.

Please note this is a charity website and so bids cannot be more than $250. Anything above that will be ignored so don't bother.
