Cartoon Chameleon NFTs & Landing Page

I’m building a small collection of cartoon-style NFTs and need a designer–developer who can take the idea from sketch to showcase.

The artwork
• Style: bright, light-hearted, unmistakably cartoonish
• Subject: chameleons + a "flag" that will be its clothes , shirt-shorts and caps. Special design for Fifa word cup 2026 – each one should feel unique through colour palettes, poses or fun accessories, but still belong to the same family of characters
• Quantity: please propose a sensible number for an initial drop (I’m thinking 8–12 pieces)
• Format: layered, high-resolution PNGs plus the original editable files (Illustrator or PSD)

The landing page
Alongside the images, I need a single, responsive web page that introduces the collection, displays the NFTs in a clean grid or carousel, and includes room for a short story, mint button placeholder and social links. A simple, on-brand hero section and a smooth scroll experience are more important than complex animations.

Acceptance criteria
1. Each NFT is delivered as both a flattened PNG and the fully layered source file.
2. The landing page loads correctly on desktop and mobile, passes basic accessibility checks and is handed over as clean HTML/CSS/JS or a Figma file ready for development. Minting NFT's should be the website abilities.
3. Colour, typography and overall look of the page match the chameleon artwork so the whole package feels cohesive.
