US/Canada Website Design Build

I need a modern and minimalist website developer from USA . A single-page layout (or up to three very light pages) is all that’s required right now—think clear hero section, concise “About” blurb, and a straightforward contact form.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A clean wireframe so I can see the basic blueprint before you dive in.
• Responsive HTML/CSS (or a lightweight WordPress setup) that loads fast on desktop and mobile.
• Delivery of the finished files, ready to go live on my domain—no complex back end, just simple, solid front-end code.
• A short hand-off note so I can update text or swap images on my own.

Preference goes to freelancers based in the US or Canada to keep communication easy and time zones aligned. If you have a quick portfolio that shows similar minimalist work, send it along—once I approve the draft layout we can move straight to build and launch.
