Build Website on Hostinger Platform

Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to build a bilingual informational website about MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment) for the Israeli audience.
The full Design Document (Phase 1) is attached. It includes:

Complete site structure
Page-by-page layout
All text/content (English + Hebrew)
Design style guidelines
SEO requirements
UX tone and writing style

The website must be built inside my Hostinger hosting account, using a platform that fully supports RTL Hebrew, bilingual content, SEO, and a blog system.


Deliverables

Fully built website inside my Hostinger account
All pages populated with the attached content
Bilingual system fully working (EN/HE)
Blog categories + example posts loaded
Basic SEO implemented
Performance-optimized site

Final handoff including admin access and instructions for updating content
