Build Real Estate Info Site

I’m looking for a clean, modern website that positions my real-estate company as the go-to place for reliable information rather than listings. The core of the site will be a series of well-structured buying guides, and I want visitors to engage with those guides through interactive tools such as payment calculators, affordability sliders, or checklist widgets that you’ll develop or integrate.

Here’s what I have in mind: a responsive layout that looks sharp on desktop and mobile, an intuitive CMS (WordPress or similar) so my team can update guides easily, and fast-loading pages optimised for basic on-page SEO. While there’s no need to display individual properties right now, the design should leave room for that expansion later.
