Build My Personal Portfolio

I want a clean, modern personal portfolio whose sole focus is a compelling “Skills & Expertise” section. At this stage I’m not looking to add an About Me bio or a project gallery, so all of the creative energy can go into showcasing what I can do, not who I am or what I have done.

What I have in mind is a single-page experience that feels polished on desktop and mobile alike. I’m open to whether you present the skills as a refined text layout, elegant graphical bars, or something more interactive—whichever solution you feel communicates proficiency and personality best. Smooth animation, subtle micro-interactions, and crisp typography will be appreciated as long as they don’t distract from clarity.

Key deliverables
• Final, ready-to-publish portfolio file (HTML/CSS/JS, PDF, or another professional format we agree on)
• All editable source assets so I can update skills later
• A brief hand-off note explaining how to tweak or expand the section in the future

Acceptance criteria
• Responsive design that looks good on major browsers and common mobile breakpoints
• Skills content loads quickly and is fully accessible (keyboard + screen reader friendly)
• Visual hierarchy makes it immediately obvious what my top competencies are
