Build an Eye-Catching Website

Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced web developer/designer to build a highly attractive, modern, and dynamic website for our brand. The site should be visually stunning, engaging, and designed to capture the attention of potential clients, investors, and partners.
We want to incorporate AI-generated videos and have some pages load dynamic content from JSON/XML files. This project requires strong UI/UX skills, expertise in modern web technologies, and creativity.

Project Requirements:
*** There will be 25 to 35 pages for the entire website. Few of them are static while others load data from file storage (in .avi/ json/xml format)

Fully functional website with all pages listed above
Source code and documentation

Training/documentation for future edits
