I’m launching a new construction company in the Boise, ID market and have our visual assets ready to go—page templates, brand photos, and core copy are all organized. What I need now is the full site brought to life.
Scope
• Roughly 20 pages following the layouts I provide (home, service lines, portfolio, about, FAQs, etc.).
• Primary objective: generate leads, so every page must drive visitors toward a clear call-to-action and an easy-to-use contact form.
• Newsletter handled through an integrated blog system—no external email platform. I’ll be adding updates frequently, so the posting workflow needs to be quick and intuitive.
• Mobile-first responsiveness, basic on-page SEO setup, and fast load times are essential for local search visibility.
