Budget WordPress Gemstone eCommerce Build

I’m ready to launch a combined storefront + knowledge hub devoted to gemstones and would like it built cost-effectively, preferably with WordPress. If an AI-driven builder can shave time or expense without sacrificing quality, I’m open to that too.

The site has two equal missions:
• a fully functional shop where customers can browse, add to cart, and check out, and
• an information section featuring articles, history, care guides, and similar content to establish authority and boost SEO.

Key requirements
• Razorpay must be the primary payment gateway; we can consider adding PayPal or another option later, but the first release must process payments flawlessly through Razorpay.
• The overall look should feel traditional and elegant—think rich tones, classic typography, and a layout that conveys heritage and trust.
• Smooth product management on the back end (categories, attributes, stock, coupons) so I can maintain the catalog myself.
• Mobile-responsive design, fast loading, and on-page SEO best practices baked in.

Deliverables
1. Live WordPress (or equivalent AI-built) site on my hosting, secured with SSL.
2. Razorpay checkout fully tested in sandbox and live modes.
3. Branded theme customized to the traditional/elegant style, including homepage, shop, product, blog/article, and contact pages.
4. Basic training notes or a brief screen-share session so I can add new products and articles on my own.
