Bilingual Church Service Website

I'm looking for a developer to create a bilingual (Chinese and English) website for our church. The primary purpose of the website is to provide information about our church services.

The website should include the following sections:
- Home Page with pictures, address, service times
-About Us with our mission, our history, and our pastor
-Connect: Links to our Instagram Facebook, Phone Number, Email
- Sermons Online: Page with link to our youtube channel
- Ministries: with information on various ministires
- Give/Donate: - Page that connects to our tithe.ly page.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English
- Experience in developing bilingual websites
- Strong understanding of user-friendly design
