Bengali and English Literary Publication Site

Want a VERY SIMPLE site where I can publish writers' work - poems, stories, essays, etc. Preferably in Wordpress. We both choose a template to buy and modify it. That will be the easiest thing to do. Please READ carefully before you place a bid.
1. No need to create User's registration
2. Admin will do everything (Upload, modify, etc.) at the backend.
3. The tabs will be on the top - Poems, Stories, etc. (As needed, the admin can create one)
4. After each work, there will be two buttons - Like and Not Like. No button for comment. (If the template has one, we will hide it.)
5. At the bottom we will have About, Contact, etc.
6. At the backend, we can have count of the number read that particular work.
7. The site will be for Bengali and English languages and that we can choose from many options given nowadays.
8. Domain name is Dristi2020.com and it's in Hostgator. cPanel info is ready for you.
9. The site will of course have a database to keep all the works.
10. On the first page (Home) the site will have the featured items on the right. This we can have in the template or update it.
11. Ver simple site - no need to make it very complicated. If you don't understand, please don't bid for it.
12. Set your price when you bid. DO NOT tell me one price and later tell me another. Please don't!
13. The site should be done in 3-4 days. Then we can change here and there.
14. Sincere request - read few times before bidding. All I want a very simple site. An admin panel will be at the backend. ONLY the admin will upload ALL the work. Thank you and good luck!
