Basic Website Redesign & Upgrade

My current site is a basic placeholder I created with the Godaddy.com free tool.

Background: financialserivceshub.com is intended to initial serve as informational purposes only; there will be nothing for sale and no services advertised.

Design
I do not want/desire a heavy lift for this version. Feel free to make basic/modest enhancements, suggestions. The color/design photos, etc. should be inline with the logo and colors attached.

Functionality
Currently, there are three tabs. I would like one additional tab that is a "forum" I created a free forum here https://financialserviceshub.freeforums.net/ but am not opposed to other free options/suggestions. I may later upgrade but am only looking for free options currently. Feel free to suggest new features/ideas. The intent is to be similar to bankersonline.com.

While you’re updating the visuals and code, you can add other relevant resources and industry events.

Key deliverables
• Responsive page layouts with updated color palette (if needed)
• All supplied text and images added cleanly to the new design
New "forum" tab with working forum
• Handover of source files, documented code, and brief style guide
