I want a set of public-facing guides built in Articulate Rise that feel more like a hands-on web experience than a traditional course. Each guide should flow smoothly on desktop and mobile, welcoming visitors who may have zero prior knowledge of the topic and keeping them engaged start to finish.

The build must incorporate:
• Clickable tabs for bite-sized exploration
• Embedded videos that play flawlessly inside the lesson blocks
• Interactive timelines that users can scrub through for context and sequence

I will provide the raw copy, branding assets, and any video files—you handle layout, interactions, and Rise configuration until everything looks polished, intuitive, and fully responsive. When you hand it back, I expect a share link for review plus the exported Rise package so I can host it wherever I choose.
