Objective
To design and execute a professional, visually compelling, and user-friendly website that reflects the ethos and portfolio of the architectural firm, enhances client engagement, and supports business growth. The website shall be hosted on Bluehost Shared Hosting

Clean, modern aesthetic aligned with architectural themes
Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop
High-quality visuals and project imagery
Intuitive navigation and user experience
Use of custom font "Monitorica" across the entire site
Cross-browser compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices
Smooth transitions and subtle visual effects to enhance user experience
Section scrolls, hover states, and image fades should feel fluid and responsive
Animations (e.g., Kenburns slider, icon reveals, testimonial carousels) should be minimal, elegant, and performance-optimized
Avoid abrupt movements or excessive parallax; prioritize calm, architectural rhythm in motion
Micro-interactions (e.g., button hover, form field focus) should reinforce the brand’s attention to detail

• Serves as the visual and navigational gateway to the site.
• Structured as a single scrollable page with distinct sections: Slideshow, The Firm, Our Philosophy, Our Services, The Team.
• Slideshow will be a full page Kenburns Slider with animation. It shall have instagram like status progress bars on the top. It shall also have a next / previous arrows on the bottom to scroll.
• The Firm shall be a section describing about:
Overview of the company’s history, mission, and values.
Highlights awards, certifications, and notable achievements.
Can include a timeline or infographic to show growth and milestones.
• Our Philosophy shall be a section describing about:
Articulates the design principles and architectural approach.
May include quotes, sketches, or conceptual visuals.
• Our Services shall be a section describing about:
Lists core offerings such as residential, commercial, urban planning, interior design, etc.
It will include pictures/icons or diagrams for visual clarity.
• The Team shall be a section describing about:
Profiles of key team members with photos, bios, and roles.
May include LinkedIn links or short video intros.
##NOTE: We already have the content for these pages. The developer / designer will just incorporate it.
Portfolio
It will be a filterable justified gallery. Filtered by category, location, or year. The thumbnails will have a 2 line caption beneath. The first line will be the title of the project. The second line will show the Place of the project & Category of the project.
By Clicking on any image, it will go to that Project Page of the image. So, it means that every image will have a Project Page.
This Project Page shall be a scrollable page with two sections.
• The first section shall be the full screen image of the thumbnail last clicked.
• The second section shall have a slideshow of other images of the project and a factsheet along with the slideshow.
• On clicking any of these images, it will display the full screen slideshow.
The Content Management Console should have the possibility to add pages and its images alongwith the text. There should be no need to do any coding. We should be able to update the content on our own.
Contact
• Simple form with fields for name, email, message, and project inquiry type.
• Embedded Google Map showing office location.
• Includes phone number, email, and social media links.

• A branded animation or visual that appears briefly while pages load.
