Arabic WordPress Website Redesign

My current WordPress site is fully Arabic and functions well on the back-end, yet the look and feel are dated. I want a fresh visual design that echoes the modern, clean aesthetic of https://dsshield.com/ while still preserving my existing logo and colour palette. The content structure and core plugins can remain; the focus is on crafting a sleek, responsive front-end that loads quickly on both desktop and mobile and renders flawlessly right-to-left.

Deliverables I expect
• A custom or child theme that mirrors the reference site’s style without cloning it outright
• Pixel-perfect Arabic RTL styling, tested across major browsers
• Implementation on a staging environment, followed by migration to the live site with zero downtime
• Post-launch hand-off that includes brief documentation so I can update text and images myself
