Arabic Intro Website Designer Needed

I need a creative Arabic-speaking web designer to craft a small introductory site that showcases our company and promotes our services.

Scope
• Pages: Home, Services, Contact Us, plus one additional page for any extra content we may decide to highlight.
• Style: Creative, visually engaging, yet easy to navigate.
• Language: All copy and interface elements must be in Arabic.

Deliverables
1. Low-fidelity wireframe (Figma or a similar tool is fine).
2. Final responsive design files.
3. Exported HTML/CSS/JS bundle that I can upload to my hosting directly.

Key notes
– The main goal is to present who we are and what we offer in a clean, attractive layout that encourages visitors to explore our services.
– Feel free to propose color palettes, typography, and iconography that fit a modern Arabic aesthetic.
– I will supply the Arabic text; you handle layout and visual treatment.
