Agency Website Design Revamp

Our agency site works fine, yet its look and feel no longer match the quality of our services. I want a complete visual refresh—new typography, updated colour palette, refined spacing and imagery—while keeping the existing content architecture intact. The primary goal is to modernise the interface so visitors instantly sense a polished, contemporary brand.

Process
You’ll review the current site and receive a brief on our target audience. After that, present mood-boards and a concise style guide for sign-off. Once the direction is locked, move on to full-fidelity mock-ups in the design tool you prefer (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD). Clean, well-labelled layers and reusable components are critical so our developers can implement the design smoothly.

Deliverables
• Visual style guide covering typography, colour palette and UI components
• Responsive mock-ups (desktop & mobile) for every existing page template—home, services, case study, blog, contact
• Exported asset package: icons, custom graphics, imagery guidelines

Acceptance criteria
• Designs align with the approved style guide
• Pages remain accessible (WCAG AA contrast at minimum)
• Optimised assets keep page weight no heavier than the current site

Timeline is flexible, but I’d like to see initial concepts within one week of kickoff and final files two weeks after that.
